We offer the following products under The Kalgoorlie Pathway brand:
Digital products (Is Mining Right for You? and Prospect Guide) will be delivered to your nominated email address within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Service products (Strike and Lode) — we will make contact within 48 hours of payment to begin the service.
If you do not receive your product within 48 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@perthbypaddy.com.
Is Mining Right for You? ($19.95) — All sales are final. No refunds are offered on this product.
Prospect Guide, Strike and Lode — We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@perthbypaddy.com within 7 days and we will work to resolve your concern, either through a revised delivery or a full refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued where the product has been substantially used, shared with third parties, or where the request is made outside the 7-day window.
All content in our digital products — including guides, itineraries, agency information and all written content — is the intellectual property of Perth by Paddy. You may use this content for your own personal use only.
You may not share, reproduce, distribute, sell or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing purchased guides with third parties who have not paid for them is a breach of these terms.
The Kalgoorlie Pathway products provide information, guidance and introductions based on our experience and knowledge. We do not guarantee any specific outcome including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perth by Paddy's liability for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
For Strike and Lode clients, Perth by Paddy will request and handle sensitive personal documents including but not limited to drivers licences, passports, police clearances, medical certificates and mining tickets.
By submitting these documents to Perth by Paddy you consent to us:
We will never forward your documents to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent. Documents will be deleted within 30 days of completion of your service unless you request otherwise.
Your personal documents are handled with the same care we would want for our own. Security, discretion and your explicit consent guide every step of this process.
