When you buy a product through our payment processor (Stripe), we collect:

When you email hello@perthbypaddy.com we collect your name and email address and the content of your message.

Strike and Lode clients — personal documents

As part of the Strike and Lode service, we may request and handle the following personal documents on your behalf:

Drivers licence (both sides)
Passport photo page and visa information
National Police Clearance (NPC)
Drug and alcohol test results
Mining medical certificate
Tickets and certificates (Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Gas Testing, First Aid etc)
CV and references

How we handle your documents: All personal documents submitted to Perth by Paddy are stored in secure, password-protected folders with access limited to authorised personnel only. Your documents will be forwarded only to the specific third parties you have engaged us to contact on your behalf — such as TIS Recruitment, other Kalgoorlie recruitment agencies, or First National Real Estate Kalgoorlie for rental applications. We will never forward your documents to any third party without your knowledge and consent. Documents are retained for the duration of your service engagement and deleted within 30 days of completion unless you request otherwise.

When you visit our website

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and anonymous — we cannot identify individual visitors from this data.
